This three-day advancement is designed to support participants in developing a conscious relationship with their emotions, nervous system, subconscious patterns, voice, and inner architecture through teaching, meditation, dreamwork, emotional alchemy, immersive sound experiences, and guided voice activation.
Together, these approaches create a bridge between awareness and embodiment, supporting transformation not only through insight, but through resonance, expression, and lived experience.

Your Guides:
Rowan Gabrielle
Rowan is an author and teacher whose work bridges Emotional Literacy, Emotional Alchemy, metaphysics, and quantum change. After many years living in Lebanon with her late husband, this offering is a heartfelt return to a country she deeply loves.
Ikarah Beatrice
Ikarah is a Sound Architect and guide in Alchemical Voice and Quantum Sound Architecture. Her work uses sound, resonance, breath, and the human voice to support nervous system coherence, emotional release, embodied expression, and deep inner recalibration.Ikarah works with ‘Alchemy Crystal Bowls by Crystal Tones’, made from 99,9% pure quartz infused with precious stones and metals. Each bowl has its own energetic signature.
The Emotional Alchemy component explores emotions as intelligent messengers and life-force “energy in motion” – helping participants recognize subconscious patterns, emotional charge, and internal narratives with greater clarity and awareness.
The Quantum Sound Architecture component supports nervous system regulation, vibrational coherence, subconscious recalibration, and embodied integration through immersive sound experiences designed to bring the system into greater harmony and stability.
Alchemical Voice acts as the bridge between the inner and outer worlds, supporting authentic expression, emotional release, resonance, breath awareness, and deeper connection to the self through the living instrument of the human voice.
