Ayman co-authored Executive EQ: Emotional Intelligence in Business and Organizations in the 90s, introducing EQ concepts to the business world. His life’s work focused on elevating consciousness through practical tools, which he and Rowan evolved into this Emotional Alchemy course, making it available to all.
